Responsibilities

Engage with prospective customers to understand their unique insurance needs and coverage gaps.

Present personalized insurance solutions that align with customer requirements and budgets.

Guide clients through the onboarding process, explaining policy details and benefits clearly.

Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions within our management system.

Collaborate with the local agency team to contribute to office-wide service and growth goals.

Proactively reach out to provided leads to assist with their coverage inquiries.

Requirements

Active Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license.

Clear, articulate verbal communication skills for phone and in-person consultations.

Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while maintaining client focus.

Strong organizational habits to manage follow-ups and pipeline activity.

Previous experience in a goal-oriented sales environment.

Residency within a reasonable commuting distance to our Laurel office.
