Field Change & Communications is looking for a senior change management and communications strategist that excels in not only strategic thought and matrix team leadership but is also willing to dig in and execute deliverables from end to end. What You’ll Do Use strategic consultation skills to advise and influence strategic decisions Deeply understand our practice teams and the role they play in serving the firm's clients Design and deliver field change and communication strategies that drive business outcomes Translate complex strategies into engaging, human-centered narratives and plans. Lead a matrix team across firm capabilities (Practice Management, Field Learning, Market Management, etc.) to deliver end-to-end activation strategies for complex strategic initiatives aligned to the firm's highest priorities. Demonstrate strong flexibility, execution, and consultation skills to anticipate and respond to shifts in strategy as warranted, leveraging data and stakeholder input to adjust the execution plan when necessary. Partner with business leaders to track and report progress towards sustainable outcomes A bachelor's degree or relevant experience. 10+ years of relevant experience in Change Management, Communications or Sales Enablement Knowledge of common change management approach and processes Demonstrated success navigating complex, dynamic environments and ability to manage conflicting priorities Experience translating stakeholder needs into strategies and deliverables Advanced writing, storytelling and planning skills Prosci or equivalent certification is required within 1 year. Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
