You'll work directly on the plant floor identifying opportunities, solving problems, and driving measurable results across safety, quality, and production.What You'll Be DoingDevelop, improve, and standardize manufacturing processes and supporting documentationCreate and optimize CNC programs to reduce cycle time and costApply structured problem-solving tools (5-Why, A3, 8D, DMAIC) to eliminate variabilityLead and support lean manufacturing initiatives throughout the plantAnalyze data to recommend changes in methods, tooling, and equipmentSupport capital projects, engineering changes, supplier corrective actions, and new product developmentWhat We Need4-year technical degree or equivalent manufacturing experience — CNC grinding, programming, and machine tool design requiredWorking knowledge of CAD and Microsoft OfficeDemonstrated experience in structured problem solving and corrective action implementationStrong interpersonal, communication, and time management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities with urgencyInterested and qualified?
