This role works closely with Project Managers, field crews, customers, and subcontractors to help coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, and ensure projects progress according to schedule. Responsibilities include assisting with project planning, tracking schedules and deliverables, updating project records, processing documentation, coordinating materials and resources, and supporting communication between field and office teams. The Project Assistant helps ensure that project information is accurate, organized, and available to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
