Client Services Administrator (Part Time)

The Client Service Administrator (CSA) supports client relationships and day-to-day operations within an independent registered investment advisory firm. This role is responsible for administrative client service, account maintenance, coordination of client requests, and operational support for advisors, while maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to firm policies and regulatory requirements. The CSA does not provide investment advice but is integral to delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience. This role serves high net worth families and senior executives. The ideal candidate is someone who can provide white glove service to clients, handle important transactions, and has the ability to coordinate effectively with CPAs, attorneys, trustees, and family members. Key Responsibilities Client Service & Relationship Support Serve as a primary administrative point of contact for clients Respond to routine client inquiries in a timely, professional manner Prepare standard client correspondence and reports Account Administration & Operations Support new account openings and account maintenance Assist with money movement, beneficiary updates, and service requests as directed Own client service requests by tracking progress and communicating with clients Maintain accurate electronic client files and documentation Provide administrative and operational support to advisors Assist with meeting preparation, data gathering, and follow‑up items Coordinate with custodians and third‑party service providers Support internal projects and client service initiatives Compliance & Confidentiality Maintain strict confidentiality of client and firm information Follow firm policies, procedures, and RIA compliance requirements Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and adherence to the firm’s code of ethics Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience Prior experience in financial services, client service, or professional office environment Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Compensation Salary Range: $25,000-$35,000 annually Compensation is based on education, experience, skills, and overall qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr Baron Wealth Management
