Pay: $21.00 per hour + $1.00 Shift Differential 

\n

Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:00pm-12:30am

Location: Forrest Park Drive, Olive Branch, MS

\n

Workflow Planner\n

The Workflow Planner is responsible for maintaining the continuous flow of product from vendors to customers, specifically supporting the picking, shipping, and receiving functions of the facility. This role ensures product safety, quality, and legality while coordinating operational priorities and documentation.

Primary Responsibilities\n

\n
• Schedule all inbound and outbound orders in company systems.
\n
• Report, investigate, and correct shorts.
\n
• Send email requests for product cut approvals.
\n
• Coordinate order processing across systems and personnel.
\n
• Direct the flow of vessels between the yard and dock doors.
\n
• Prioritize and monitor daily workload to meet customer requirements and timelines.
\n
• Report urgent loads to appropriate management.
\n
• Maintain records for inbound and outbound deliveries; assist in resolving discrepancies.
\n
• Prepare outbound paperwork.
\n
• Collaborate closely with customer service.
\n
• Ensure complete and accurate information is passed to the next shift.
\n
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
\n
• Assign and monitor work of warehouse personnel.
\n
• Maintain working knowledge of GMP, safety requirements, and SOPs; enforce compliance within the team.
\n
• Research past due orders not confirmed as shipped.
\n
• Fill in for other administrative roles as needed and trained.
\n
• Support floor operations as outbound leader, picker, packer, or auditor when required.
\n
• Maintain daily departmental attendance log.
\n

Education / Experience\n

\n
• High school diploma or GED required.
\n
• 0--2 years of relevant experience.
\n
• Familiarity with materials handling and radio frequency equipment.
\n
• Basic computer skills required.
\n
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.
\n
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
\n
