Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active or eligible state SLP license
• Open to both seasoned SLPs and new graduates/clinical fellows
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working in school environments with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students, adapting methods to individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support academic and social success
• Manage caseloads efficiently across two school buildings, fostering positive learning environments
