Occupational Therapist
Encompass Health
Encompass Health seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based inpatient rehabilitation services to adults recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions that improve functional independence, ADLs, and quality of life. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, educate patients and families, and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement with growth and leadership opportunities.
