As a Regional Banker/Teller within PNC's Yarbrough Branch, you will be based in El Paso, TX. PNC will not provide visa sponsorship or STEM OPT for this position. This role is an in‑office position. Job Description Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Conduct proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement. Position PNC services to drive new revenue and customer loyalty, leveraging ecosystem partnerships. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively. Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and ensuring teller and branch operations are accurate and efficient. Collaboration & Performance Expectations Customer Focused – Craft customized solutions that align with customer needs and satisfaction. Managing Risk – Assess and manage risks in alignment with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
