Assembler 1Our client in Clare, MI, is seeking an experienced assembler to join their team. As an assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Assembler 1Location: Clare, MIPay Range: $21 to $26 an hour (depending on experience)Shift: 4 pm to 2 am, Monday through Thursday, Friday is used for overtimeWhat's the Job?Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components/products according to blueprints and work ordersOperate pneumatic, electric, and hand tools to complete assembly tasksPerform quality checks before packaging and shipping productsMaintain a clean and safe work environment following safety protocolsBuild crates, pallets, and boxes for production as neededAssist with inventory management, part numbering, and cycle counting as neededWhat's Needed?High school diploma or GEDMinimum of 2 years of assembly experience in an industrial settingAbility to read and interpret blueprints and schematicsProficiency with measuring tools and assembly equipmentCross-training in different work areas as production needs requireWhat's in it for me?Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environmentConsistent work schedule with evening hoursPotential for skill development and growth within the companySupportive team environmentCompetitive pay rate
