Practice Info Out-patient practice Multidisciplinary team, collegial work environment Full administrative support, handles all scheduling & billing Latest in digital technology Compensation Sign-on bonus Annual cash bonus up $25,000 Monthly stipend for PMHNP collaboration Generous 'above market' compensation + unlimited/uncapped earnings Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-level providers Annual income potential: $268,000 to $369,000+, compensation model based on productivity Benefits 100% malpractice insurance coverage Full benefits package: medical insurance/vision/dental/life/disability/401k (+match) Shift & Schedule Flexible schedules, full-time & part-time W-2 positions No nights, no hospital calls, no weekends Qualifications MD or DO degree Board-certified or board-eligible (BE/BC) Fully licensed in Virginia with unencumbered DEA Experienced with both medication management as well as therapy Must reside in Virginia Residents and Fellows are encouraged to apply
