The Vice President, Associate General Counsel may have various areas of concentration,though for this position,focus will be inproviding legal supportfor our research organizationthat includes both translational and clinical research in an academic health setting comprising a School of Medicine, R&D facilities and 18 acute care facilities. The positionwill support and oversee others supportingcontracting forresearch and clinical trials and intellectual property management and technology transfer. Support may be provided for otherareas such ascorporate, complex contract matters, litigation, academic, and regulatory advising and support. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President/Deputy General Counsel.
