Relationship Banker – Responsibilities Assist customers with opening new accounts, resolving issues, and maintaining accounts. Work to exceed retail banking center goals. Deepen relationships with customers in‑person, over the phone, or through other banking channels. Provide smart, friendly customer service and demonstrate knowledge of bank products, helping find needs‑based solutions for customers.
