Customer Service Representative Start Date: November 2nd, 2026 Location: Phoenix, AZ 85044 Shift: Training: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (Mandatory Onsite Training) | Flexible shifts available post-training (8:00 AM or 10:00 AM start times) Duration: 6 Month Contract-to-Hire Work Environment: Onsite What You'll Do Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer service calls related to mortgage servicing, payments, escrow, and account inquiries. Provide exceptional customer support while resolving issues, answering questions, and identifying refinancing opportunities when appropriate. Meet key performance metrics including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, adherence, and quality standards. Qualifications 2-3 years of recent contact center or call center experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls. Strong employment stability with consistent tenure and minimal employment gaps. High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment. Mortgage servicing, banking, finance, loan servicing, or bilingual experience is a plus. What's in It for You? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
