Project Manager - Site Development & Utilities

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to join an established employee‑owned civil contractor with operations across Ohio. This position will be responsible for managing earthwork, site development, and utility projects valued up to $120M. Role Description Title: Project Manager Location: Cleveland, OH Scope: Earthworks, Site Development, Utilities Project Values: Up to $120M Company: Employee-Owned Civil Contractor, 450 Employees Salary: Up to $165,000 Base Salary Benefits: Profit Sharing (up to $25,000) + Bonus up to 15% + Company Vehicle + Medical, Vision & Dental + 401(k) Match Key Responsibilities Manage projects from pre‑construction through closeout Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost control Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field operations teams Lead contract administration, change order management, and procurement activities Monitor project performance to ensure safety, quality, and financial objectives are achieved Support Superintendents and project teams to maintain schedule and productivity goals Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle Requirements Experience managing heavy civil construction projects Background in earthworks, site development, and/or underground utilities Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget Strong understanding of project controls, contracts, and financial management Excellent communication and leadership skills If interested, apply below or reach out to View email address on click.appcast.io with your resume. #J-18808-Ljbffr InfraRec.
