WHAT'S NEEDED FROM AN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATOR – TEACHER? Completion of 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units, including core courses in child development, from an accredited college 6+ months of experience working with young children CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development 1+ years of experience working with toddlers (ages 18–36 months) Infant/Toddler specialization or additional ECE units focused on this age group Strong classroom management and curriculum planning experience Bilingual (e.g., English/Spanish) If you're ready to join a mission-driven team where your work truly matters, and let's get started.
