Job Position: Paralegal

Location: Irving, TX 75238

Pay Rate: $32.00/hr DOE

Shifts:

• Mon-Fri 8:30am -5:30pm

POSITION SUMMARY

Support the Companys Legal Department by independently managing legal matters and projects, providing support across multiple practice areas, and serving as a key resource to attorneys. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast paced corporate environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Contract Management & Commercial Support

Draft and review standard and non standard commercial agreements (e.g., NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, amendments) and contractual notices

Identify and flag legal, compliance, and risk issues for attorney review

Manage contract execution processes and maintain contract management systems

Litigation & Regulatory Support

Act as primary liaison with outside counsel on assigned matters

Coordinate document collection, review, and production

Track deadlines, maintain matter files, and assist with settlement administration

Legal Operations & Department Support

Manage intake and tracking of certain legal matters

Process legal invoices, prepare check requests, and coordinate vendor setup processes

Special Projects

Manage special projects assigned by attorneys

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

Paralegal certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience

1-2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in an in-house legal setting

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong knowledge of contracts and legal processes

Advanced ability to draft agreements using legal forms

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

High level of discretion and professionalism with confidential information
