Property Grounds KeeperLocal multi-family property is seeking a candidate to join our team as a Full-Time Property Grounds Keeper. Pay is $19 per hour. This position is located in Asheboro, NC.Essential Functions:Complete grounds work as directed by Property Manager which include:Trash pick-up in common areas and roadwaysSweeping curb areasEnsuring cleanliness of dumpster areasPlanting seasonal flowers/mulchMaintaining other property featuresMowingWeed WhippingLight maintenanceComplete work orders assigned by the Property ManagerSkill Requirements:Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingAbility to work alone, be self-motivated, and organizedAbility to lift 50 poundsPositive teamwork attitudeWilling and eager to learnAll staff must adhere to company and industry standards, to include:Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employeesAssure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelinesEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERParkLand Ventures, Inc.
