Dental Sterilization Tech - Ensuring Clean Care

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8 - 5, Friday 8 - 2

Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 / hr.

What You'll Do:

• Sterilization Process: Decontaminates, sorts, cleans, wraps, and sterilizes dental instruments and equipment.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operates and monitors autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, and heat sealers; records, and documents sterilization cycles, adhering to CDC and OSHA regulations.
• Cleans, disinfects, and restocks exam rooms between patients and at the end of the day.
• Inventory Management: Manages and orders sterilization supplies and keeps inventory organized.
• Safety & Compliance: Follows strict infection control protocols and keeps records of biological and chemical monitoring

What You Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• CRCST or equivalent certification
• Accredited DA program completion a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented mindset
• OSHA regulations knowledge
