Sales Representative / Senior Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Representative/ Senior Project Manager to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Create sales material to present to customers
A take home company vehicle is provided with paid fuel along with a company computer and cell phone.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields. Roofing industry experience is a must, preferably in a sales role.
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
A minimum of 5 years in construction is required.
Knowledge of roofing (residential and commercial applications) , siding, and framing is required as these are the main services provided.

Because of the owner's desire to deliver quality and the importance of customer satisfaction each member receives hands on, on the job training to familiarize and create a specific knowledge of services for all Axis employees!
