Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your fundamental responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate supportive group therapy sessions, where clients can connect, share, and learn from one another's experiences.

• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized, empathetic counseling tailored to each client's unique thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, empowering them to develop effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their specific needs and aspirations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on young adults aged 18 to 30, who are facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. By meeting clients where they are in their journey, you will play a critical role in guiding them towards healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited institution.

• Possess a current Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) licensure.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
