Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your fundamental responsibilities will include:

- Group Therapy: Facilitate supportive group therapy sessions, where clients can connect, share, and learn from one another's experiences. \n
- Individual Therapy: Provide personalized, empathetic counseling tailored to each client's unique thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, empowering them to develop effective coping strategies. \n
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their specific needs and aspirations. \n
- Progress Monitoring: Evaluate client progress through various assessment tools, adjusting treatment plans based on outcomes and client feedback. \n
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work with a range of professionals to coordinate care effectively, sharing insights on complex client cases to ensure optimal outcomes. \n
Your work will primarily focus on young adults aged 18 to 30, who are facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. By meeting clients where they are in their journey, you will play a critical role in guiding them towards healing and personal growth.
Qualifications\nTo be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

- Hold a Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited institution. \n
- Possess a current Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) licensure. \n
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of mental health treatment methodologies and possess a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques. \n
While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who have:

- Experience working with young adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. \n
- Prior experience in a telehealth or remote counseling setting. \n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
