Java Full Stack Engineer

We are still looking for local candidates first for this job. Local means they live within 30 minutes of Arlington VA. If someone has to relocate or drive more than 2 hours to the job site, they are NOT local. Non-local candidates will be reviewed Monday, only if we do not find enough local talent. Thank you.

Location: Arlington VA – must be ONSITE DAY 1!!

We are going to be looking at LOCAL CANDIDATES FIRST. If we get a local candidate we will give them interview preference over non-local.

Job Title: Full Stack Engineer Level 2

This can be a 3 to 5 year person, does not need to be Senior with this kind of rate.

Top Skills: Java, Angular, and the whole Spring Framework (Spring Umbrella)

Angular: 2+, the latest version is preferred

Cloud experience: as long as they can learn classic things that is fine. Overall methodologies are the same. Open to their cloud experience

• Hybrid Environment: Onsite 2x per week as of now
• Ok with Relocations, but do not want any time to be wasted with excuses. They need to show up on day one (if the resource is really good- can give wiggle room for them to make it on site within a reasonable amount of time). Discourages that type of submission, but is not completely against it. Encourages you to find local candidates
• Interviews: video call- if someone is interested to show up in person, is open for it and encourages it. Will be a coding exercise or some design question – still pending decision.
