Handle refinance, purchase, HELOC, and reverse-mortgage signings; confirm identities; witness execution; and ensure documents meet all legal requirements.
Must be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Commissioned Notary Public able to pass a background check. Knowledge of loan and legal document notarization. Professionalism, honesty, and strong attention to detail.
High-speed Internet connection, a dependable computer with camera and microphone, a home-office setup, and reliable transportation with a willingness to travel throughout Concord as needed.
$75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
