Lead Inventory Associate

CarMax is seeking a Lead Inventory Associate to oversee vehicle inventory accuracy and flow on our lot. In this role, you’ll coordinate vehicle check-in, tagging, staging, and movement using handheld devices and inventory systems. You’ll lead by example, guiding associates, upholding safety and security standards, and supporting a clean, organized lot. You’ll partner with sales and service teams to ensure vehicles are ready for customers, while maintaining detailed records, resolving discrepancies, and contributing to a transparent, customer‑focused experience that reflects CarMax’s integrity-driven culture.
