Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment requiring an active MA RN license and D/N rotation coverage.

Details

• Hospital-based Labor & Delivery unit assignment
• 13-week contract length
• Day/Night rotation schedule
• Every other weekend (EOW) coverage required
• Every other holiday (EOH) coverage required
• Uses Epic for charting

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required (no conditional or pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of L&D nursing experience required
• NRP certification preferred (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military accepted; some facilities prefer AHA)
• Primary source verification of license/certifications required within 30 days of start and upon expiration
• Both NURSYS and BON verification required for nursing license
• Epic EMR experience preferred

Additional Information

• Provide comprehensive nursing care within the Labor & Delivery unit
• Flu vaccine required during flu season with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
• Local candidates residing within 60 miles of Boston, MA may be considered at a reduced rate
• RTO must be identified prior to consideration for the assignment
