Automation Specialist Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. is a Professional Engineering Firm and Systems Integrator with 25+ years of experience in Design and Design-Build services for Water, Wastewater, and private industries. We have five offices located in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Northeastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Lewes Delaware, and Seaford Delaware. Keystone has cultivated a strong employee and client centered environment where employees are valued, respected, and supported. Our team effectively works together to deliver projects on time and on budget. Required Qualifications:Associate 's or Bachelor's degree in Automation, Industrial Technology, or related field3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial automation or controls programmingExperience with OT networking and industrial communication protocolsCertifications in industrial networking or control systems (e.g., CCNA with OT focus)Possess strong interpersonal skills and approachability in demeanor to work effectively with peers and clientsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks, and work independently to meet deadlines and stay within budget parameters on an ongoing basisExpertise in advanced PLC programming languages (e.g., Ladder Logic, Function Block, Structured Text) and HMI softwareStrong PLC, HMI, and SCADA skills (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, VTScada, Ignition, or similar)Knowledge of I&C systems used in water/wastewater industrySkilled in QC testing of control systemsKnowledgeable in development of QA standardsExcellent troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and network diagramsExperience with industrial communication troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, RSLogix/Studio 5000, TIA Portal, FactoryTalk View)Familiarity with commissioning and field validation of complex automation systems  Responsibilities:Program, test, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems to include Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and SchneiderTroubleshoot electromechanical control systems including single phase and 3-phase power feeds and control wiring terminationsConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial networks, including Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, Profinet, and VLANsConfigure, maintain and troubleshoot radio and cellular telemetry systemsDevelop, document, and execute QC plans for automation systemsAssist with development and enforcement of QA practices for programming policies and standardsPerform system integration, commissioning, and functional testing for new and upgraded automation projectsCreate and maintain PLC logic documentation, wiring diagrams, and network schematicsProvide technical support for troubleshooting, performance optimization, and maintenance of existing systemsCollaborate with engineers, technicians, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery Benefits:Hybrid Work ScheduleTraining, Professional Development and Career PathingCasual Dress CodeEmployee Referral BonusHealth BenefitsCompany paid Life Insurance and Short & Long Term DisabilityPaid Time OffHolidays401K PlanPet Friendly Environment  Our Automation Specialists travel locally to client sites and occasionally have overnight travel trips for projects. Interested?
