JOB TITLE: Director of Food and Nutritional Services\n
JOB HOURS: Varies
\nJOB SUMMARY: The Director of Food and Nutritional Services is a Management position responsible for overseeing all foodservice/clinical activities, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance within the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DUTIES:\n- \n
- Provide direction and guidance for all foodservice operations \n
- Develop strategies for delivering high-quality, compliant food choices \n
- Comply with regulatory standards and confidentiality regulations \n
- Manage budget, expenses, and payroll activities \n
- Lead team in providing clinical and therapeutic services \n
- Participate in patient satisfaction programs and quality improvement initiatives \n
- \n
- Strong leadership and management \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \n
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards \n
- Experience in food service operations \n
- Ability to manage budgets and track expenses \n
- \n
- Education: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in foods, nutrition, or food service administration (Master’s preferred) \n
- Licensure/Certification: Completion of a dietetic internship approved by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics; Current Missouri Licensure for Registered Dietitians \n
- Work Experience: 1-3 years of Leadership and Management experience \n
