Our comprehensive benefits package includes:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) optionsPet health insuranceCEU reimbursement11 Paid HolidaysEmployee enrichment programsUniform creditsKey Responsibilities:Provide first aid care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not full scope of licensure)Respond to workplace illnesses and injuries on the plant floor or in the onsite centerAdminister vaccines, COVID/flu tests, and operate medical equipment (EKG, AED, emergency kits)Conduct pre-employment physicals including audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical questionnairesPerform return-to-work evaluations including breath alcohol and drug screeningsPhysical Demands:Lift 30–50 lbs as neededFrequent standing, walking, and sittingOccasional stooping, bending, and reaching from floor level to overheadTasks involving pinching, grasping, and grippingPeriodic computer workQualifications:Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standardsExperience in industrial healthcare or occupational health a plusRN, LPN, EMT & Paramedic certification or licensure in your state (required)CPR and First Aid certification (BLS) (required)6 months to 1 year of professional experience preferredUnify Health Services is dedicated to creating a workplace that promotes equity, inclusivity, and respect for all employees.
