Position Summary As a Behavior Technician within our applied behavioral analysis (ABA) program, you will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a licensed Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will support clinicians and help children and their families develop new skills and techniques through effective therapy for autism. You will communicate professionally with teammates, families, and patients. Position Qualifications Suggested 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field, or enrollment in a therapy curriculum program. Experience and/or training in applied behavior analysis is preferred. Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or the desire to obtain certification through training and supervision. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload. Proven customer service and patient care experience. Self‑motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.
