El Paso Artificial Grass Supply is El Paso's go-to source for artificial turf. Homeowners, landscapers, and installers buy from our warehouse every day.

We're hiring product sales reps who will own the front of the business: answering every call, text, and message, closing turf sales on the spot, and growing our contractor accounts. If you're competitive, fast, and want to earn more by selling more, this is your seat.

PAY

- $45,000 base salary

- Commission on every sale you make, uncapped

- Monthly bonuses for order volume and square feet sold

- Expected first-year earnings: $60,000 to $75,000. Top reps who build big contractor accounts can earn $90,000+.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Inside: answer phone calls, texts, Instagram and Facebook messages, Marketplace inquiries, and website leads, fast

- Sell turf and supplies to homeowners: find the right product, build the order, and close the sale

- Book free install estimates for our install sales team when a customer wants us to do the work

- Work the warehouse counter with walk-in customers and contractors

- Outside: call, visit, and win landscapers, turf installers, and builders as repeat contractor accounts

- Keep contractors ordering, and sell the rest of what's in the warehouse: infill, weed barrier, tools, and more

- Follow up on every lead until it buys or says no, and log everything in our software

WHO YOU ARE

- You love sales and you're motivated by earning more

- You answer fast and you're great on the phone and over text

- You're comfortable calling businesses and building relationships with contractors

- Retail, counter sales, building supply, or B2B sales experience is a plus

- Organized, reliable, and you follow up without being told to

- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting and able to lift 50 lbs

- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

SCHEDULE

Full-time, five days a week, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Schedule includes weekends. You start on a 90-day contract, then move to a W-2 position.
