Overview

The Front of House (FOH) Team Member is the face of our restaurant. The FOH Team Member is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining a welcoming environment. • Follow all cash handling, point-of-sale, and restaurant policies with integrity
• Treat every guest and Team Member with honor, dignity, and respect

• Continuously learn our menu changes, POS systems, and hospitality behaviors
• Adapt quickly to new service technology and changing guest needs

• Deliver "Second Mile Service" by anticipating guest needs

• Act with a sense of urgency to maintain low wait times for guests
• Take personal responsibility for the cleanliness of guest areas, front counter, and the restaurant as a whole

Eligibility Requirements

1. Must be at least 16 years of age
2. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physically demanding tasks
3. Availability to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
4. Strong communication skills and a desire to learn and grow
5. Commitment to adhering to all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures
6. Prior restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
