Senior Human Resources Generalist

This role serves as a key business partner, supporting leaders and employees across multiple HR disciplines while helping drive organizational success. Key Responsibilities Partner with management on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives. Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, and compensation recommendations. Provide guidance on employment law compliance, investigations, policy interpretation, and employee relations matters. Administer and support compensation, benefits, performance review, and talent management programs. Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and company-wide employee communications. Support onboarding, orientation, employee engagement, and training and development initiatives. Maintain and optimize HR systems, reporting, and data integrity. Provide guidance related to employment-based immigration and international business activities. Support multiple facilities and collaborate on global and cross-functional HR projects. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience across multiple HR disciplines. Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, and benefits administration. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Manufacturing or automotive industry experience preferred. HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
