About the Role We are hiring licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, LIMHP, PsyD, PhD) to deliver high‑quality telehealth therapy across our general mental health program. Therapists also have the opportunity to opt into specialized care tracks including Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP. What You’ll Do Deliver weekly telehealth (video‑based) therapy sessions to individuals with a range of behavioral health conditions Apply evidence‑based approaches such as CBT and the Unified Protocol; additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed Use measurement‑based care to track progress via digital assessments Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care Why Join Brightside?
