Location: 100% Remote (Lorton, VA)

Pay Rate: $26.00/hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Approximately 40 Hours per Week

Job Duties

• Locate and retrieve archived and legacy contract documents from internal systems and databases.



• Review records and identify required documentation using established guidelines.



• Organize and standardize contract information for consistency and accuracy.



• Upload, categorize, and maintain electronic files within Microsoft SharePoint.



• Verify file names, document locations, and record details.



• Track completed work and report missing files or discrepancies.



• Follow documented procedures while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.



• Previous experience with data entry, records management, administrative support, or document control preferred.



• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.



• Experience navigating databases, shared drives, and electronic filing systems.



• SharePoint experience is a plus.



• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.



• Strong organizational, time management, and written communication skills.
