You'll use ServiceTitan to manage jobs, estimates, invoicing, and payment collection, and you'll take pride in professional workmanship, safety, and getting the job done right.

- Perform repairs, replacements, and installations to code and company standards
- Conduct thorough system evaluations and present repair/replacement options to customers
- Sell recommended services, repairs, and upgrades using approved pricing and sales processes
- Deliver clear, professional communication and excellent customer service
- Document jobs, estimates, photos, and notes accurately in ServiceTitan
- Collect payments and process transactions accurately
- Keep your service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and applicable plumbing codes

- Proficiency with ServiceTitan
- Demonstrated sales ability — presenting options and closing recommended work
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record per company policy
