We are actively looking to hire a talented Licensed Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Responsibilities Provide 100% outpatient clinical care in a group practice setting. Practice in an environment that values collegial work and strong work/life balance. Utilize administrative support for patient scheduling and documentation. Engage in ongoing professional development and evidence-based treatment. Qualifications Fully licensed in Texas, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D. Experience caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations. Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care. Benefits Generous ‘above market’ compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings. Compensation range $110,000 to $144,000+ based on productivity. Annual cash bonus incentive plan.
