Key Responsibilities Deliver warm, personalized customer service with strong product knowledge. Drive sales through thoughtful recommendations and add-on selling. Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor. Assist with inventory management and e-commerce order fulfillment. Represent Spring Footwear’s family of brands with professionalism and pride. Support team goals and contribute to a positive, collaborative work culture.
