Logistics Specialist

Supporting freight and distribution activities, the full-time remote Logistics Specialist will manage the movement of inventory, coordinate shipments, and ensure compliance with quality standards while collaborating with internal and external partners. Key responsibilities Coordinate finished goods movements from contract manufacturers to 3PL locations, including shipment planning and freight scheduling Maintain the inbound load board, monitoring shipments and resolving delays and transportation exceptions Support inventory allocations and transfers across 3PLs and sales channels based on approved forecasts and inventory plans Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or distribution Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP and WMS systems, preferably NetSuite and Deposco Experience with Amazon Seller Central and executing FBA shipment plans Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred, but not required
