Data Center General Manager

Overview Data Center General Manager – US, Missouri. Our client is rapidly emerging as a leading provider of advanced Cloud & AI infrastructure for global innovators. Based near Missouri, this role leads data center operations with a focus on uptime, performance, and scale. Responsibilities Own end-to-end data center operations across the region, including critical facilities and IT infrastructure. Ensure uptime, performance, and SLA delivery across all sites. Scale from a single-site operation to a multi-site regional footprint (Missouri → additional U.S. locations). Hire, lead, and develop data center managers and operations teams. Act as the primary operational interface with external partners, including vendors, utilities, and service providers. Qualifications Extensive experience in data center or mission-critical operations. Experience leading data center operations teams and site managers. Strong background in critical environment infrastructure (power, cooling, environmental systems). Experience working with third-party vendors and external stakeholders.
