Our agency opened in 2013 and is a close-knit team of three focused on building strong relationships with both our customers and each other. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 2.5 years as a team member, which helped build a strong foundation in the business. I attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University and am a proud parent of three. We enjoy spending time together as a family, especially attending games and staying active in the community. We're involved with local organizations and education foundations, and we're passionate about supporting youth, including teaching a youth group at our church. Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
