Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate electric-powered industrial trucks, including stand up and sit down Crown forklifts.
- Order picking with a productivity goal of 11 lines per hour.
- Unload inbound trailers and break down mixed pallets.
- Replenish shelves and organize products throughout the facility.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
- Work in both ambient (75F) and chilled (40F) environments.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse setting and forklift operation.
- Licensed to operate lift equipment (internal or external training).
- Basic math skills and ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly and maneuver pallet jacks with loads up to 1200 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED.
Preferences
- Proven forklift experience in a distribution environment (1-2 years).
- Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and cross-train in other departments.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
