Are you interested in providing overnight and weekend support Examples: Friday- Sunday (10:00 pm to 9:00 am), (Monday -Friday (2:00 pm to 10:00 pm), (Saturday & Sunday 8:00 am - 10:00 pm)

Think Ability is looking to hire a staff member who will provide overnight support in the Ardmore Homes.

We are seeking a DSP -Direct Support Professional to join our team! You will assist in the daily support of persons with Intellectual Disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist people with daily living activities
• Communicate ongoing support results and updates to relevant parties
• Collaborate with people and families for best support opportunities
• Maintain a quality and comfortable living environment

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in personal support or other related fields
• Compassionate and supportive demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with people
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Compensation based on experience, and will be discussed during interview.
