Community Association Manager

Goodwin & Company is looking for a Sited Community Association Manager who is responsible for the management of operations that include: overseeing of personnel, collections, resident relations, customer service, community maintenance, contracted services, administration, reporting, and legal compliance.

ROLE PURPOSE STATEMENT

Ensures the on-site community operates smoothly and its residents receive consistent, professional service — protecting the association's financial health, maintaining the physical condition of the community, and giving the Board confidence that day-to-day operations are handled without their oversight.

CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS

The community's financial goals are met through disciplined budget adherence and accurate execution of the business plan. Maintenance issues, compliance inspections, and vendor coordination are handled promptly, keeping the community's physical condition and appearance consistently high. Residents receive responsive, professional service that resolves their housing needs and builds trust in the association's management. The Board receives timely, accurate reporting and can rely on day-to-day operations being managed without escalation.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for day to day maintenance coordination, meeting with vendors, bi-weekly compliance inspections, and social activity coordination. Elevate every day by creating an amazing experience for our customers as well as team members. Provide solutions to customers to help them solve their housing needs. Responsible for meeting property ownership financial goals through successful execution of the business plan and adherence to the operating budget.

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

18 years or older 1+ years of property management experience High School Diploma or GED Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Strong communication and people management skills Possess strong financial and analytical abilities, extremely organized, and strong attention to detail
