Organization – Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport/Lake Pointe El Anfitrión de Galería (Agente de Servicio al Cliente) aporta al compromiso de servicio al cliente de alta calidad y al trabajo en equipo. El Anfitrión de Galería debe ser la clase de persona que aprecia los altos estándares de calidad y excelencia. Esta posición es responsable de crear una experiencia positiva para nuestros huéspedes. Debe lograr un ambiente acogedor, hospitalario y un servicio excepcional y a su vez mantener un ambiente limpio, cómodo y agradable. Esta posición es completamente responsable del servicio al cliente; esto incluye el estante del Anfitrión de Galería, el café, la cocina de los huéspedes, el cuarto de Internet y el cuarto de televisión. Asimismo es responsable del servicio check in y check out de los huéspedes y de proveer servicios necesitados por los salones de reuniones. El candidato debe tener experiencia previa requerida en servicio al cliente y también la habilidad de comunicarse efectivamente con los huéspedes. Calificaciones Experiencia de servicio al cliente es requerida, y es preferible que tal experiencia se encuentre en un hotel o en un campo similar. Debe de tener flexibilidad para trabajar AM y PM, fines de semana y días feriados. Es requerido tener dominio del idioma inglés: oral, escrito y lectura. Habilidad de aprender rápidamente y de trabajar en un ambiente de movimiento rápido. Debe tener la habilidad de completar diferentes tareas simultáneamente. Debe tener 18 años de edad o mayor. Un deseo verdadero de satisfacer las necesidades de otros en un ambiente de movimiento rápido. Es requerido tener diploma de escuela secundaria o examen equivalente. Debe tener la resistencia física para levantar, halar o empujar cantidades moderadas de peso (mínimo 20 libras). Debe poseer destrezas básicas de computadora. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hyatt Place
