Fabrication Manufacturing Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on Fabrication Manufacturing Supervisor to join our El Paso, TX team and play a key role in meeting production schedules while balancing cost, quality, and lead time objectives. This role is ideal for someone who can lead from the floor, bring technical depth in fabrication, and drive continuous improvement across operations.This position supports first-shift schedule: Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with flexibility required to cover overtime during the week based on business needs.-how does this sounds to youWhat will you do?Production ExecutionEnsure consistent achievement of production schedules with a focus on cost efficiency, quality, and lead time targetsMonitor daily operations and quickly address production challenges to minimize downtime and disruptionsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop production teams to build capability and drive engagementIdentify skill gaps and coordinate training to strengthen team performance and support continuous developmentFabrication Process Leadership (Required)Provide direct oversight of fabrication operations, including metal forming, punching, and related manufacturing processesEnsure proper setup, operation, and troubleshooting of fabrication equipmentServe as the technical leader on shift for fabrication processes, guiding best practices and standard workDrive improvements in fabrication efficiency, quality, and throughput through process optimization and waste reductionPartner with engineering and maintenance to resolve equipment and process issuesProcess ImprovementCollaborate cross-functionally to improve manufacturing processes and implement lean principlesSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and costPeople ManagementTake ownership of goal setting, performance management, and employee developmentManage timekeeping, attendance, and disciplinary actions as neededBuild a culture of accountability, recognition, and engagementSafety LeadershipPromote and enforce a strong safety culture across all operationsEnsure compliance with all safety standards and regulationsPerformance OwnershipOwn team performance metrics and ensure alignment with overall business objectivesTrack KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve resultsWhat qualifications will make you successful?Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.Required: Hands-on experience in fabrication processes, including punching and metal formingStrong understanding of fabrication workflows, equipment, and production environmentsAbility to lead and troubleshoot fabrication operations in a fast-paced settingWorking knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologiesPrior supervisory or team leadership experience within a manufacturing environmentProficiency with data analysis and reporting tools, including Microsoft ExcelStrong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teamsProven ability to identify issues, evaluate solutions, and implement improvementsWe know skills and experience come from many paths. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
