Management Trainee

Overview This position is located in Lake Havasu (86403, 86404, 86405, 86406), Arizona. We are hiring for our Management Training Program. The role will develop skills in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations. You will receive training, development, mentoring, and opportunities for advancement within Enterprise Mobility. Benefits Competitive Compensation – $53,000‑$55,000 first year with an average 45‑hour work week. Paid Time Off – 20 days per year plus 6 paid holidays. Responsibilities As a Management Trainee, you will learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch. You will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands‑on learning environment, and will establish community relationships. You will learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations to always put customers first in a culture of friendly competition. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required. At least 1 year of cumulative experience in the last 5 years in sales (commission sales, retail, hospitality, etc.) or leadership in military, athletics, or academic organizations. Valid driver’s license with a good record (no more than 2 moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the last 3 years). No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past 3 years. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship. Must be at least 18 years old.
