Health Care 4 All, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide quality, patient-centered care in the home setting. Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide skilled speech therapy services according to the plan of care.
- Establish and monitor short- and long-term goals.
- Document patient care, progress, and outcomes accurately.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and home programs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent documentation and charting skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Home health experience preferred.
Flexible work from home options available.
