Our dynamic company provides our plumbing staff with a competitive hourly rate of $30 – $45 an hour , along with fantastic benefits: Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) owner‑contributing retirement plan Growth opportunities Overtime pay Commission pay The type of plumber we’re looking for: 5+ years of plumbing experience Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (torches, pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, press gun) Full gas work qualification for installing gas piping All copper and PVC work Valid driver’s license and ability to drive Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and heating. 5+ years of experience in residential plumbing and heating. Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. Ability to install, inspect, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. What it’s like to be our plumber Full‑time work, with the opportunity for rapid promotion to crew manager or field manager. Standard hours are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday , with weekend work. You will receive a company truck, iPhone, iPad, and full training on our computer platform. As a full plumber you will head out from your home to various job sites across the Bronx and Westchester area. Your day involves maintenance and repairs of existing residential systems, always prioritizing safety and quality. You also have the opportunity to sell full installations with additional commission pay.
