Contract

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead the delivery of ImageCentre and DirectLink implementations for banking and financial institution clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation delivery and project execution

• Manage implementation teams, capacity planning, and performance development

• Drive client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and issue resolution

• Serve as the primary escalation point during critical go-live periods

• Oversee project risks, delivery quality, and operational excellence

• Mentor and develop implementation analysts while fostering a high-performance culture

• Collaborate with technical teams on ImageCentre, DirectLink, Teller, Host Integration, and distributed capture solutions

Requirements:

✔ Leadership experience managing implementation or delivery teams

✔ Strong banking, payments, or financial services background

✔ Experience with client-facing project delivery and escalations

✔ Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills

✔ Ability to work US business hours and travel up to 15%
