Clinical Dietitian PRN

Job Description Monitors nutritional care, manages physician ordered therapeutic diets and provides nutrition education to patients. Assists department director with coordination of clinically related department activities. Qualifications POSITION REQUIREMENTS Education: Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration, ADA. Other Requirements: Knowledge of principles of normal and therapeutic nutrition at all stages of life; skills in oral communication with the ability to present information appropriate to the level of understanding of different clients/patients; skills in nutrition and dietary assessment techniques and interpretation of data; skills in writing clear, concise entries and interpretation of data; skills in organization and time management; knowledge of food preparation and production; knowledge of supervisory/instructional techniques. #J-18808-Ljbffr
